Scientific Diving & Underwater Data Collection
Our scientific diving capability allows environmental and marine data to be collected directly below the surface, helping project teams access areas and information that cannot be adequately assessed from a vessel alone.
Scientific and commercial divers can assist with underwater surveys, environmental observations, photography, video, sampling support and project-specific data collection.
By combining diving capability with marine environmental expertise, we can provide practical support across both routine monitoring programs and more complex marine projects.

Strategic Insight & Resources can provide vessel and crew support for marine surveys, diving operations, environmental monitoring programs and other project-specific marine activities.
Our Class 2C surveyed vessel provides a dedicated platform for personnel, equipment and field operations, allowing marine biology, scientific diving and commercial diving capabilities to be coordinated as part of the same project.

Seagrass habitats are an important component of Western Australia’s marine environment and may require assessment before, during and after marine works.
Our team can support seagrass field programs including baseline surveys, ongoing monitoring, underwater imagery and data collection.
With marine biologists, divers and vessel support available through the one contractor, we can help streamline field mobilisation and provide an integrated approach to marine environmental programs.

Marine environmental and diving activities are supported by project-specific planning and documented safety processes appropriate to the work being undertaken.
